We want you to love every piece you receive from Bijouterie Sarab. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below. Due to the nature of jewelry and personal accessories, certain conditions and exclusions apply.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — no scratches, tarnish, or signs of use
• All original tags, pouches, and packaging must be intact and included
• Item must not have been resized, altered, or repaired
• Return request submitted within the 7-day window
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings of any kind (hygiene policy)
• Custom-made or engraved jewelry
• Items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional event
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Gift cards

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of SAR 25 will be deducted from your refund. Bijouterie Sarab does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
3. Attach photos of the item in its current condition
4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
5. If approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address
6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the SAR 25 return shipping fee. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.
